Burgundy Chardonnay

This Burgundy White offers a pale gold color with silvery green reflections. The nose is rich, it mixes aromas of cut grass, medicinal plants, lemon and a stony minerality. On the palate, a fellow acidity, a fine structure, a nice fruity unfolding. This wine is ideal as an aperitif accompanied by a plate of charcuterie or cheese (comté and goat cheese), but will go perfectly with seafood and fish. This thirst-quenching wine can be enjoyed between 11 and 13°. Very easy to enjoy when young, it can be kept for up to 3 years.
