Madness of Espinose White Traditional Method

Brilliant pale yellow color, with a slightly strawy tint due to the pinot noir. Very intense and fresh nose of citrus fruits (grapefruit, lime) and acacia flowers. Lively and fresh attack on the palate. We find the flattering and persistent aromas of fresh fruit (apple, pear) and citrus.
