 HOW TO CONSUME IT: As an aperitif or snack.   In making a praline after grinding it for a few minutes in a mixer; this praline will bring crunch and flavor to your desserts such as cakes, cookies, brownies, muffins, sponge cakes, cheesecakes. 

It can also be sprinkled on your desserts such as crème brûlées.   When making a praline paste, after grinding it in a blender for several minutes, for a smoother texture in your desserts such as flowing hearts, chocolate mousse, Paris-Brest.
