 HOW TO CONSUME THEM: As decoration: on cakes, creams, ice creams, mousses.   Served with fresh fruit (Belle Hélène pear, banana split, etc.).   As a garnish on waffles, pancakes, blinis... For dessert: fondue, ice cream (white lady...), cookies, brownies, cakes or chocolate tarts.   Incorporated into a chocolate pastry cream or a chocolate mousse, or even into a chocolate fondant, chocolate muffins and marble cakes.   And don't forget the dark chocolate/orange tartlets.
