CERTIFIED ORGANIC & FAIR FAIR SUITABLE FOR BULK SALE The Baglama VIJAYA Fig comes from Turkey and comes from the Good Food Foundation organic project, certified fair trade by FairTSA.   The different Turkish figs differ in their method of preparation. Each name (Baglama, Lérida and Protoben) refers not to a variety of fig, but to its method of preparation.   A luxury fig, the Baglama Fig, after being dried, is presented in rosaries with each stem. Its generous size gives it a unique softness.     HOW TO CONSUME IT: Plain, as a snack, as an aperitif. Integrated into a dessert (e.g. rice pudding, tarts, cakes, purees or fruit salads...). In energy balls.
 As an alternative to sugar, in small cubes, in dairy products and mueslis.   In a sweet and savory dish, in tagines.In jams.     STORAGE TIPS: In order to maintain all its qualities, we advise you to store this product in a cool, dry place, protected from air and light.
