Among this range, VIJAYA offers a French and local pumpkin seed. The VIJAYA Pumpkin Seed, Shine Skin variety, originates from China. It is a "Grade AA" seed, a superior quality criterion designating a pumpkin seed that has undergone selective sorting in order to ultimately obtain a pretty uniform green color. Very nourishing and energetic, pumpkin seeds are easy to use. HOW TO CONSUME IT: As an original touch to aperitifs: savory cakes, tortillas with pumpkin seeds… Crushed, in a cold sauce (for starters, mixed salads) or hot (bechamel, aurore, white sauces, etc.).
