The Toby 15kW pellet stove A beautiful black 15kW pellet stove Toby, fireplaces and pellet stoves with water jacket are designed for heating living areas (up to 170 m2). Due to their construction, Toby fireplaces can be placed within the living areas (they do not require a separate boiler room). Toby fireplaces have no additional insulation in the fire chamber, so they spread heat via radiant heat. The Toby pellet stoves are produced according to the EN 14785 standard and meet the low emission criteria set in this standard. They also meet the requirements of several national low emission standards, such as EKOSKLAD in Slovenia and the German BmSchV Stufe 2:2015. A circulation pump, an expansion vessel and a safety valve are included and mounted in the boiler. The boiler door is made of cast iron with a large refractory glass window, which increases radiant heat. The water jacketed Toby model is fully suitable for burning wood pellets as a primary fuel, with maximum efficiency (90% and more) and very low exhaust gas temperature (below 160°C). Thanks to the special design of the burner with self-cleaning system (the design of this burner is protected by the EUIPO). Maintenance and cleaning are kept to a minimum - only once a week, if not less often, using the highest quality pellets and proper handling. Ignition, start-up and shutdown are fully automated. Combustion control is optimized using algorithms such as "modulation", which automatically reduces the pellet supply when the temperature difference between the desired and achieved temperature decreases. Pellets are fed to the boiler via an internal spiral feeder in the storage tank. From there, the pellets are fed to the combustion chamber, where they fall freely to the designated melting area (the actual burner in the boiler). The storage and melting areas are physically separated. The boiler is equipped with a safety thermostat that prevents the fire from retreating.
