Baron Philippe de Rothschild Mapu Cabernet Sauvignon - Carmenere 2018

Made in Chile and more precisely in the Maule Valley, this Mapu red wine is a real invitation to travel, sharing and conviviality. Fruity and harmonious, this red is marked by a beautiful intense ruby color with purplish reflections. Its fresh and fruity nose reveals notes of red fruits and black fruits, all combined with peppery nuances. On the palate, its attack is fresh and lingers on notes of spices and liquorice. Through its rather ample texture, it presents a persistent, very balanced finish, accompanied by a hint of acidity which underlines the freshness and richness of its fruity flavours. This red wine comes from a blend of Carmenere and Cabernet Sauvignon. This Chilean red is the result of a rigorous selection of wines made with partner winegrowers of Baron Philippe de Rothschild Maipo Chile.
