Vía Romana Mencía Barrica 12,5% DO Ribeira Sacra-VR comes from our oldest vineyards yielding around 1 kg of fruit per vine, which assures us one of our main purposes: the highest quality. With this wine we want to demonstrate the latent potential of the Ri­beira Sacra and our passion and enthusiasm far things well done whe­never someone tastes it. lt remains between 7 and 11 months in French oak barreis and another 6 months in bottle befare going to market.
