Zombo Coffee Partners is the combination of a private company, of an NGO and a cooperative of coffee producers from speciality. Its aim is to enable smallholders to work together to transform this region, step by step, micro-batch by micro-batch, into world-class origin. Its honey fermentation coffee has been dried under conditions of weak wind and average sun at the micro-station of Ambe. He is grown at 1,700 m altitude in Zombo, Uganda. It reveals fruity notes of papaya and tangerine with a subtle hint of milk chocolate.
