The success story of VOLKER LANG accessories began as early as 1983. After studying fashion design in the Hanseatic city, Volker Lang founded the small, individual department store for fashion, design and home accessories, the KAUFRAUSCH, with some creative friends and business people. Here he designed and sewed his first leather bag. That was the beginning of a great passion.
Even after years of use, his bags, wallets and accessories are timeless objects that elude the dictates of fashion. It is not uncommon for a VOLKER LANG purse to accompany its owner for many years and is only replaced with a new VOLKER LANG model with a heavy heart if it has been lost or stolen - or after many years of use, the in-house workshop can no longer save it.
