2021 Cuvée Attractant

With the white wine cuvée LOCKSTOFF, we are delighted to present another addition to the family of our exclusive Wine & More Edition. Why attractant? At the latest after the first sip, the naming is self-explanatory. Because that was the only attribute that came to mind during the tasting of the final cuvée. A white wine that immediately impresses with its combination of fruit, finesse and a fresh, mild acidity. A sophisticated interplay of the characters of each individual grape variety, which we have fine-tuned with 50% Scheurebe, 40% Sauvignon and 10% Riesling. With 10 g of residual sugar, the LOCKSTOFF obviously has sweetness in its luggage, but the balancing, well-integrated acidity cleanly slows the whole thing down and makes it all the more juicy and increases the drinking fun with every sip.
