The Partenheimer St. Georgen location with its few limestone soils give the small berry grape variety its special fullness and quality and are characteristic for the soft aromas of wild berries. When the grape juice slowly slides down the throat, it leaves a slightly spicy impression that is formed from the exciting interplay of acid pulse and tannin coat. The tongue is still stimulated by a few citrus fruits and the palate is enveloped in a fine mineral mist. Anyone who is not thinking of Boeuf Bourguignon, poultry or mushroom dishes is on a lonely path. In Burgundy, home to Charolais cattle and Bresse chickens and Chaource cheese, you can finally start dreaming and imagine the wine better, which increases the desire for the first and second bottle.
