2020 Riesling Erdener Treppchen semi-dry

Directly from the steep slopes of the famous Erden Treppchen into the barrel, then spontaneously fermented and bottled after a long yeast storage. This Riesling is beautifully fruity, but also mineral. Its complexity makes for a long finish. Goes well with food! But also a pleasure in front of the fireplace.
