CALM Sake Junmai 720ml

Sake marked by its texture and umami. The first nose is discreet, with fruit and cereals. The second nose is very pear-like, with a milky, yogurty side. The attack is mellow with a nice acidity, it is fresh and clear. There are not many aromas on the palate, but more texture. Umami is very present as well as spices like pepper. The finish remains discreet on the cooked pear with always this note of pepper. Alcohol content: 15% Serve in a wine glass at room temperature (18°C). Pairing ideas: Tournedos Rossini, pasta Bolognese with fresh basil, moussaka, chili con carne, Belle Hélène pear.
