IMPACT DRY GIN 90ml

Japanese gin brewed in Tottori by Chiyomusubi. A very versatile gin made from 13 ingredients, including several with distinctly Japanese accents: yuzu and hassaku (citrus fruits), kuromoji (aromatic wood), etc. The first nose is intense, it is fragrant, simple and effective. The second nose opens with the same aromatic notes, even more delicate, with citrus fruits dominating. The palate is fresh, tangy on the attack and frank. There are round notes of green tea and juniper with a rather sweet mid-palate. There is length with a very slight bitterness at the end of the tasting. The whole thing is pleasantly spicy, almost peppery.
