An umeshu obtained by macerating plums in Kagura sake. Their aromas, mixed with candied sugar, create a sweet and deep harmony, patiently developed over more than a year. The result is a rich plum aroma, a round mouthfeel and a light, refreshing acidity. Two large, whole, generous plums are added to each bottle. They can be used as a dessert or enjoyed directly.
