Scopa (the broom) is an Italian card game played with a deck of Italian cards. It is one of the most famous card games in Italy, just like the briscola. Depending on the regions, provinces, or even villages, the rules of the game and the counting of points vary. It is usually played with two players, or two teams of two players, but it can also be played with three, four or six independent players.
