Handmade, exclusive leather/silk throw pillow LIKE A FISH IN WATER

These BIZARE decorative cushions are Dutch Design and 100% handmade in the Netherlands. It has a unique story that cannot be found anywhere in the world! One side of the cushions is made of Pirarucu fish leather. This is a very large freshwater fish in the Amazons in Brazil. There, the local residents fish this fish for their own food supply. So the skin was pure waste. A Brazilian entrepreneur has invested 10 years to turn this waste into a type of leather using only natural materials and natural coloring. The other side of the pillow is crocheted by hand in the Netherlands from 100% silk. The silk is 100% waste cocoons from the silk industry and this silk is also only colored with natural products such as spinach. Even the filling is 100% sustainable! The filling is made in the Netherlands from 100% recycled (down) feathers. Since they are completely unique pillows, we can also make them on request!
