Discover the small format of Yumgo White powder! The entire bag makes 24 egg white-free plant-based substitutes. This dehydrated powder has different properties: coagulants, foaming, emulsifying, for making mousse, meringue, macaroons, cocktails (...). Directions for use: Mix the water and powder with an immersion blender until smooth (1 egg white-free substitute = 27ml of cold water + 3g of powder). To whip the Yumgo White, add the powder and water (or any other liquid) directly to the blender. To whip, use the stand mixer's maximum setting. This product is an alternative to egg whites. Vegan by its composition, it can in no way exactly replace the intrinsic, nutritional or organoleptic properties of conventional egg white.
