This powder has emulsifying, binding, coloring and gelling properties. It is certified vegan and guaranteed gluten-free. Yellow Yumgo powder is very easy to use. Mix 16 ml of cold water (or vegetable drink), 2 g of powder and 2 g of neutral oil (rapeseed, sunflower) to obtain 1 substitute without egg yolk. Mix using an immersion blender until smooth. Use the same amount of powdered yellow Yumgo as the yolk-free egg substitute in your recipe. To obtain a gelation, bring the mixture to a boil then let it cool. If your recipe includes liquids, you can use some of them to rehydrate the Yellow Yumgo and thus reduce rehydration. As part of a varied diet, this product allows you to avoid the use of egg yolk. Vegan, it represents a substitute but can in no way exactly replace the intrinsic, nutritional and organoleptic properties of the conventional egg.
