Pineapple, coconut and vanilla jam This is truly one of the most tasty jams ever. A Mocktail replica of my favourite cocktail, Pina Colada. Why not spruce up your morning porridge or add a bit of pzazz to your morning toast or simply add to your favourite sponge or buttercream. Made using only Fresh Pineapple, giving this jam the perfect texture to be used as a Jam and yes it too like the other two jams a Chutney. Made using the freshest pineapples which give these jams their wonderful texture that makes them not only suitable to cheeses as a chutney but also Scones.
