Paccheri are a type of pasta from Campania, originating from the Neapolitan tradition, having the shape of giant macaroni. 
We offer them strictly smooth, as required by the true Neapolitan pasta tradition.
 The "DURM WHEAT" line is the classic line, with a mix of the best varieties of Durum Wheat from Puglia selected to obtain a mixture that gives the pasta the right consistency and tenacity, with an inebriating scent of bread peel.
 CASA PRENCIPE High Purity Pasta is bronze drawn, dried at low temperatures, and is produced only with organic wheat from a short supply chain.
