Penne
Pastificio Casa Prencipe

Quills

The term penne generally indicates a type of cylindrical pasta cut at the ends with parallel oblique cuts.
When it was created in the 19th century in Genoa they were called this because the new format seemed to imitate the nibs of fountain pens.
The "DURM WHEAT" line is the classic line, with a mix of the best varieties of Durum Wheat from Puglia selected to obtain a mixture that gives the pasta the right consistency and tenacity, with an inebriating scent of bread peel.
CASA PRENCIPE High Purity Pasta is bronze drawn, dried at low temperatures, and is produced only with organic wheat from a short supply chain.
