A Lac & Terre de Perche Rillettes cooked in the vineyard! These Rillettes are cooked according to a recipe from the shores of Lake Geneva from Perch fillets, bacon, Bresse PDO cream and butter and Swiss white wine, then seasoned with a hint of pepper from Vera PDO. The selected Perch fillets come from artisanal and responsible fishing.
