Prepared with love and without additives in our organic artisanal cannery in Avignon.    An impromptu aperitif? Want an easy, fresh and tasty meal? This tabbouleh preparation is made for you: a preparation cooked by us with side zucchini, toasted almonds, mint, parsley and lots of other good things. A fresh, crunchy and tangy tabbouleh, rounded off with a dash of balsamic vinegar. Manual : In a salad bowl, pour 100 g of dry couscous semolina then add the tabbouleh preparation. Then, after mixing well, leave to rest for an hour in the fridge until the couscous grains absorb the preparation and swell naturally. That's it, it's ready! Enjoy your food ! Psst: it is not necessary to cook the couscous semolina because most of the semolina available for sale is pre-cooked!
