Local en Bocal is a young artisanal organic cannery committed to the fight against food waste. From local fruits and vegetables (150 km from the workshop) and second choice, the company produces a wide range of soups, spreads, and compotes for its own brand "à cote", resold in specialized organic stores mainly on the South-East of France, as well as for other brands, and the canteens of Provence. It launches its new range: Babies next door by offering an organic apple and raspberry puree from Provence dedicated to awakening baby's senses FROM 4 MONTHS
