Italian royal jelly

Royal jelly is the exclusive food of the queen of the colony which allows her to have a much higher life expectancy than other bees (between 5 and 6 years). It is a true natural concentrate of nutrients. It contains mainly essential amino acids, a cocktail of vitamins A, D, E and particularly those of group B (B5 in large quantities). It also has a great diversity of minerals and trace elements (calcium, iron, copper, phosphorus, potassium, etc.) Take 1 g per day (1 measuring spoon) preferably in the morning on an empty stomach under the tongue for 1 month. Particularly recommended for seasonal changes.
