Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Picual” with Designation of Origin “Sierra de Cazorla”. ✔ This incredible oil, emerald in color, has been obtained thanks to a careful selection carried out by Juan José Melero, our agronomist. Of 570 plots visited, only 19 have been selected to make this authentic Delicacy. ✔ After having ONLY selected the olives from these lands, we proceeded to produce this liquid gold in less than 2 hours after harvesting. ⁣ ✔To obtain one liter of this liquid gold, it took approx. 10 kilos of olives. ✔ Of course, ALWAYS by cold extraction and only by Mechanical procedures. This means that our extra virgin olive oil is authentic olive juice, made completely naturally without the intervention of chemicals.
