Oleum Vatis

"Oleum Vatis" extra virgin olive oil is produced exclusively from the fruits of the 500 olive trees, many of which are centuries old, of the Vittoriale degli Italiani. The Vittoriale degli Italiani Foundation has activated, in collaboration with our company, a recovery program from the state of neglect into which these precious plants had fallen over the decades. An elegant dark glass bottle with the profile of the poet in gold on purple and a meticulous production of only 1,600 bottles of 0.25l per year, numbered by hand, sanction the return to productivity of this historic olive grove, and make it one of the most precious and exclusive in the world.
