A Monocultivar oil is produced with olives of a single variety to enhance the aromas and flavors. Our UNIQUE Extra Virgin is produced with olives of the Peranzana variety, coming from a single territory, ours: the only one capable of producing them. Peranzana is a typical cultivar of Alta Daunia and Torremaggiore; there are several legends that are handed down regarding its origin. The most accredited attribute to the Duke De Sangro its importation from the French province of Provence, hence the name Peranzana. The olives are harvested and processed on the same day to obtain an excellent product, rigorously cold extracted. Each bottle therefore embodies the whole history of this territory and of a work with attention to the smallest details. Size - 750 ml bottle
