SINGLE VARIETY Coratina: The Coratina cultivar is one of the oldest and most long-lived varieties cultivated in Puglia. The high content of polyphenols deserves special mention, capable of carrying out an antioxidant action: it fights free radicals, prevents aging and reduces the risk of tumors Peranzana: The Peranzana olive is a variety grown in Northern Puglia. It is characterized by an absolute balance between the balanced and sweet flavor and the intensity of the fruitiness perceptible with an olfactory examination.
