PERANZANA SINGLE-VARIETY

Extra virgin olive oil produced from the Peranzana cultivar, imported from Provence in the 18th century by the Duke of Sangro. On the nose there is a clear fruity aroma of olive with evident herbaceous and floral notes, of green tomato, grass and freshly threshed wheat. On the palate it is expressed with a sweet fruity flavor with balanced bitter notes which is associated with a slightly spicy aftertaste with a slight sensation of almond and artichoke. Peranzana monovarietal olive oil, with its fruity and delicate flavour, can be used as a condiment for salads, sauces and condiments. It is excellent for enriching fish and meat dishes, and goes perfectly with grilled vegetables. You can also use it in traditional Italian dishes such as pasta and antipasti.
