The Il Cavaliere farm was founded at the end of 2014 with the aim of recovering abandoned olive groves, often historic and in which cultivars no longer used in intensive agriculture can be found, and to produce an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality, with excellent organoleptic characteristics.
Due to its structural and functional characteristics, our company is to be considered with a high impact and social recovery, as it develops issues and addresses needs that make its commitment in the context in which we live the cornerstone of all its activity.
Recovering hectares of abandoned, often historic, olive groves on the shores of Lake Garda and being able to affect the area through reclamation, allows us to create a product of excellence, with exceptional organoleptic qualities.
The fruit of this work is confirmed by the professionalism of our masters in the art of pruning, which is taught scientifically and handed down through experience.
