* APPO Société Coopérative Agricole*, also known as the *Association Provinciale des Producteurs d'Oliviers*, is an organization founded in 1977 in Viterbo, Italy. She was created on the principles of cooperation, professionalism and quality. In 2015, APPO is becoming a Product Organization (O.P.)officials, and she will act as a point of reference for more than a thousand participants in the section of high quality extra virgin olive oil (EVO). These participants include agricultural enterprises, oil mills and cooperatives. APPO leur provided a soutien technique, commercial and promotionnel, as well as training on the latest techniques of culture and production, and on the processes of traçability.
