It is one of the varieties with the highest level of polyphelons (antioxidants) and with the highest percentage of oleic acid (almost 80%), which makes it one of the healthiest oils in the world. As for its flavor, this oil is fresh and fruity, with green tones reminiscent of tomato plants, green leaves and almonds.
