Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI made using the free-run must, obtained from grapes grown in ancient vineyards located on our Tenuta del Cigno farm, with the addition of 10% aged wine vinegar. These two ingredients are mixed and left to rest for a long time in small oak barrels: the result is a 100% natural product, free from caramel, colorants or additives, with a density of 1.35.
