Honey & Fig Chutney

A sweet and sour condiment with subtle notes. Honey for sweetness, cinnamon for flavor, lemon for a little freshness and vinegar to wake it up. It will go wonderfully with foie gras, dauphine potatoes, cold meat, particularly balnche meat.
