JUJUBE - Peace Seed Cookies

The seed of peace is an integral part of the social life of the Bamiléké people. Seeds are exchanged there as a token of peace and blessing. This Cameroonian Aframomum, better known as "jujube", gives the biscuits a unique flavor and a final note slightly reminiscent of liquorice.
