Sublime, extremely fine and pleasant on the palate, with a round, silky and aromatic attack with a flavor of juniper berries, notes of marzipan and Mediterranean citrus, all in perfect balance with fully integrated alcohol. ​ Once settled, the herbaceous and angelica root notes stand out with a very enveloping entrance, all in a remarkable and impeccable harmony. Made from organic wheat alcohol and filtered with meltwater from the Sierra Nevada. Distillation is carried out in hand-made copper stills, using 100% organic Mediterranean botanicals: lemon peel, lime, tangerine, orange, licorice, angelica root, coriander and juniper berries.
