Royal Cassis is an elegant aperitif, inspired by the French Kir Royal. It is made in France, with the finest selection of organic grapes. Through a process of low temperature dealcoholisation, we keep all the subtle organic flavours of the wine, to which we have added lovely blackcurrant notes.
