After the fermentation process, the wine is heated to slightly below 30 degrees, making the drink completely alcohol-free. This method is called sous-vide and guarantees the preservation of taste. Light golden in color and with a nice fruity aroma, rich in citrus fruits (grapefruit and lemon), with notes of acacia, caramel and nutmeg. The slightly sour gives a fresh taste.
