The Honey Ale combines the Bonner Wiess recipe with regional honey by brew beekeeper Wolfgang Scherer. With the current brew we used a Belgian yeast for fermentation to add a special fruity note. Alcohol: 5.0% Vol. Content: 330 ml Ingredients: water, barley malt, wheat malt, hops (sapphire, pearl), honey and yeast
