Fruit powder with natural vitamins and minerals, high-fiber food in organic quality. Baobab powder is obtained from the fruit of the baobab tree (Adansonia digitata). The fruits are dried and gently ground. In the savannahs of Africa, home of the baobab, the fruits are considered a natural source of essential nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Our baobab powder is finely ground and tastes slightly sour and aromatic. Ingredients: Baobab fruit powder, from controlled organic cultivation. Vegan and naturally free of lactose and gluten. Use: Stir 5 g (approx. 1 level tablespoon) into 200ml water, milk, fruit juice, smoothie or yoghurt, muesli twice a day and leave to soak briefly. Also suitable as a binding agent for soups, sauces and desserts or for baking. Notes: When consuming fiber, make sure you drink enough fluids! Store dry and out of heat.
