
Native, cold-pressed The precious evening primrose oil is extracted from the seeds of the evening primrose (Oenothera Biennis). The oil of the inconspicuous plant is rich in natural polyunsaturated fatty acids. Omega-6 fatty acids and linoleic acid in particular are important ingredients. The yellowish evening primrose oil spoils with slightly nutty aromas. Application Use: Consume two tablespoons (2EL=10ml) pure or refine selected dishes. Notes: The oil should be stored dry and protected from light. Consume quickly after opening. Flocculation may occur when stored in the refrigerator. The oil should not be heated, otherwise important ingredients and flavors will be lost.
