Chutney n ° 45 of apple, green tomato and horseradish

Made with golden apples, lightly baked green tomatoes and fresh horseradish. Excellent on cooked hams, porchetta, boiled meats and aged cheeses. The horseradish is light, unobtrusive and the lightly dried tomatoes give a crunchy touch to the compote which makes it really pleasant. Ingredients: apple 48%, green tomatoes 20%, red onion, raw cane sugar, organic apple vinegar, horseradish, oil, salt, pepper.
