Ragù n°85 Veal with Porcini mushrooms and chanterelles

White veal ragout without tomato, with the addition of porcini mushrooms and chanterelles. Very delicate and pleasant. This ragù is perfect for all egg and durum wheat pastas. All ragù are handcrafted and totally free of preservatives. We use meat from natural diets, often from pasture or even wild (as in the case of deer and roe deer) and we process them according to tradition.
