Brown seaweed of Japanese origin capable of growing in our Atlantic waters. With an elongated fine leaf that can reach 1.5 meters in length. It has a slightly sweet neutral flavor. KITCHEN Ideal in salads, soups (cooking 5min), sautéed, scrambled. Very versatile. HEALTH High content of fucoidans (polysaccharides) with described biological properties: it prevents obesity, regulates the immune system and has anticoagulant properties.
