The cotton pad dispenser is the essential accessory for all users of washable makeup remover pads! GOTS* certified, the dispenser has an elastic at the bottom, to easily take the cotton pads. It opens at the top with a cord and a wooden bead, to place clean cotton pads. We offer the dispenser alone or accompanied by 10 washable makeup remover rounds. The dispenser is made in our workshop in Haute-Savoie.
