Washable sanitary napkins, made in our workshop in Haute-Savoie, will allow you to go through your period cycle gently and safely. They are made of four layers of fabric, in GOTS certified organic cotton. Against the skin, the soft and absorbent fleece will provide you with daily comfort. The inner layers, one absorbent and the other waterproof, will guarantee you periods without the risk of leaking. All our feminine protections close with a metal snap button. Minimum order: 5 pieces. Choice of colors: When you order, we will send you a random assortment of our current colors. If you would like a particular color, do not hesitate to leave us a comment when finalizing your order! Our feminine protections are available in 3 sizes: - The panty liner, for daily losses, but also at the beginning and end of the cycle. It is made of 2 layers of fabric (fleece and organic cotton), which makes it absorbent but not waterproof. - The sanitary napkin, for the entire period cycle, for a low to medium flow. It is made up of 4 layers of fabric (fleece, tetra, PUL and organic cotton), so it is both waterproof and absorbent. - The nighttime sanitary napkin, designed for heavier flows or for the night. It is identical to the classic sanitary napkin (4 layers of fabric), but is longer than the latter. It is equally waterproof and absorbent. Maintenance instructions for feminine protection: The ecru fleece part of our feminine protections is placed at skin level. We have deliberately chosen a neutral color, to ensure that no potentially harmful components such as dye disturb such a sensitive area of your body. For maintenance, we advise you to rinse and soak your towel or panty liner with cold water and possibly a little neutral soap (Marseille soap style) to remove most of the stains present in the fibers of the fabrics, before machine washing. The hygienic protections then go into the washing machine at 30°C. You may or may not choose to use a protective net to protect them when washing. We do not recommend using the dryer, which would damage the waterproof part of the sanitary napkins, as well as the metal snaps. You should not iron sanitary protection with an iron. You have the option of folding the sanitary protections on themselves by folding down the upper and lower parts and closing the snaps. This makes it easier to transport your clean protections, and to slip in protections used during the day in a more hygienic way. We still advise you to carry the protections used in a suitable pouch, such as our multi-use pouch.
